Since I traded off My Soundigital 16KD for the ONLY DC Audio 9.0 on the planet.Which won't be installed until my 8's build is done I have been running the AB 1100.1 on my four DC Audio Thorshammer Lvl4xl 15's.This amp is a power house at 1ohm.And current draw is no where near the 16kd...But the output at least to the ear and the Hairtrickability(new word I made up)LOL!!!! is very close.....This amp is also very stable to .35 ohm and can be ran as low as .25 with the correct gain settings.I have also seen one of these amps on a burp drop below 9 volts and survive.So if anyone is in the market for a large mono amp.The AB 1100.1 would be worth a look
