Wiring To A Low Impedance

Ok so most people know that you don't want to wire you subwoofers below what your amp is stable at because of the stress is adds. But let's say your amp is stable at 1 ohm and you wire you subwoofers down to .5 ohms, but subwoofers never stay at the ohm load that there wired to dew to impedance rise so wouldnt you be ok?
